The purpose of this technical memorandum (memo) is to present a summary of the activities and
data collected in the 2023 field monitoring of the Crescent Harbor Creek Restoration area
(hereafter restoration area). This memo describes fish monitoring activities in the restoration area
according to Cooperative Agreement Number N44255-22-2-1003 (NAS Whidbey Island and
SRSC 2022). Detailed descriptions of the fish monitoring project design, considerations, and
methodology can be found in the monitoring plan prepared for the project (Beamer 2021). We
present in this memo the results of collected data and how it addresses the specific hypotheses
presented in Beamer (2021).
