This project plan provides a description for implementing effectiveness monitoring at the Britt Slough restoration project and at the South Fork Dike Setback Phase 2 restoration project in Skagit County, Washington. The project plan includes brief descriptions of the following:
The restoration site and project design;
The monitoring approach (study design, monitoring schedule, and data management plan);
Field methods
Analytical approach
The monitoring approach described is designed to assist with evaluating the effectiveness of the restoration actions relative to the stated objectives of the restoration project. This monitoring plan does not address the compliance of monitoring (i.e., was the project constructed as designed or specified in permit conditions).
