The Skagit River System Cooperative (SRSC) provides fisheries and environmental services for the Sauk-Suiattle Indian Tribe (SSIT) and the Swinomish Indian Tribal Community (Swinomish). SRSC, in partnership with the U.S. Forest Service (USFS), invites qualified engineering firms to submit Statements of Qualifications (SOQs) for design services associated with the Tenas Creek Restoration Project.
